Brand Identity for Businesses That Refuse to Blend In

Your food is great. Your product is great. But if the logo was thrown together in a weekend, and the menu doesn't match the sign… people will never know that. I build the whole visual world of a business, from the logo to the last sticker, so you look as good as you actually are.

GREAT BUSINESSES LOSE TO BETTER-LOOKING ONES EVERY DAY.

People decide in a couple of seconds whether to walk in, grab the can, or stop at the booth. A clear identity does that work before anyone reads a word. It saves you money later, too. Once the system is set, every new menu, shirt, sign, and booth is faster to make and easier to get right.

That's why so many projects start here. Chimmelier came to me for one t-shirt in 2021. Four years later, that work had grown into a flagship restaurant, a Koreatown takeout spot, and two sister brands between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Restaurant and hospitality groups opening a new location or a new concept

Consumer brands launching a product, or a whole line

Businesses heading to trade shows and events that need to look established on the floor

Anyone who has outgrown the logo they started with

WHAT YOU GET

Every project is scoped to what your business needs. A full identity usually includes:

  • A logo system: main logo, wordmark, and simpler versions for small spaces

  • A color palette and type that work in print and on screens

  • Custom illustration or characters, when your brand calls for it

  • A short brand guide so your team and vendors use it right

  • The pieces you'll use first: menus, signage, packaging direction, merch, or booth graphics

  • Final files, organized and ready for printers, sign shops, and your web person

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

How long does a brand identity take?

Depending on the scope of the project, between 4 - 8 weeks. During the Forge Session we will get an idea of what you need and give you a better estimate.

Do you only work with Ohio businesses?

Nope! I'm based in Columbus, Ohio, but will happily take on projects anywhere in the U.S.

I already have a logo. Do I have to start over?

Not always. Sometimes the right move is a refresh, not a restart. We'll figure that out in your Forge Session.

Can you do the murals, merch, & packaging too?

Of course! I’ve built my expertise around being able to create full 360° visual service packages to help maintain consistency, and so nothing gets lost between vendors.
